Server send this as an ack for client stats report. Currently used only by AIM service. ICQ clients never send stat reports.  00 0B   word   SNAC family  00 04   word   SNAC subtype  00 00   word   SNAC flags  xx xx xx xx   dword   SNAC request-id  empty (no snac data)

Subgroup Origin Name 0x0001 Any STATS__ERR This is the error SNAC for the STATS foodgroup. 0x0002 Host STATS__SET_MIN_REPORT_INTERVAL Set client's minimum report interval. 0x0003 Client STATS__REPORT_EVENTS Client event report. Typically this contains local system information. 0x0004 Host STATS__REPORT_ACK Host acknowledgement of STATS__REPORT_EVENTS.
